WILLIAM M. BANISTER, MD - ADVANCED PAIN CARE REVIEWS
I was a US Army Paratrooper for 22 years. I suffered for YEARS with back pain. The pain injections just weren't working any more. I thank God for people like Dr. Banister. My back pain is 99% gone as of right now. Given some time, the nerves damaged by the crushed disc in my back with heal as well. Dr. Banister has a great team who made me few very comfortable. Thank you everyone!
Today was my first visit to Dr. Banister. I hate going to the doctor, but this was a pleasant experience. He gave me options other than surgery, explained my diagnosis, and plainly stated his advice. No surgery for now. Thank you and your staff very much! Jessie was a sweetheart!
Dr. Bannister was willing to do a surgery that others refused to do because of degree off difficulty and has continued to give me the care that has given me a good quality of life.

BRET GENTRY, MD - SOUTHWEST NEUROSCIENCE & SPINE CENTER REVIEWS
I have had 6 neck surgeries all performed by Dr. Gentry. He and his staff has always gone above and beyond their duties to always help me and make sure I was taken care of. Dr. Gentry has always made me feel he had time to discuss my situations without being rushed out of there. Any time I had to have a surgery he always made me feel comfortable before the procedure. He has always been polite, professional and caring. Dr. Gentry has my trust always!!!!!!! Thank you Dr. Gentry for all you have done for me.
Dr Gentry is first rate PLUS. As long as I continue to recover, I will forever be grateful. Vast improvement over Pre surgery condition. I’m sore as hell right now. And sometimes the site burns like fire.. 5 days post op. To be expected. Anyway, I also like the facility where he does his work.. Quail Creek Surgeon’s Hospital. Excellent staff. Coby [RN] was great and so were all the other nurses. I barely and painfully walked in to the place on Surgery morning. I was stopped over 20 degrees. I WALKED out 4 days later standing straight up!!
Dr Gentry took over care from another Neurosurgeon who had neglected my symptoms and let me suffer needlessly. The care I received was first rate and has been with EVERY visit. Fantastic surgeon.

BRET D. ERRINGTON, MD - SOUTHWEST NEUROSCIENCE & SPINE CENTER REVIEWS
Absolutely amazing! I had consultations with 2 back surgeon's here in Amarillo before making my decision to go with Dr. Errington. When I arrived for my initial consultation with the PA he was so organized and prepared for our meeting. The front office was pleasant and I actually felt welcomed in their office. Unlike my experience with my first surgeon's consultation, Dr. Errington and his PA already had met before my consultation and together they made a plan of action for me, based on my MRI reading. I am 6 weeks post op surgery and I feel amazing! Everyone in this office has taken exceptional care of me, I am very thankful to have found them.
Nathan Pillsbury was awesome!! He explained my issues in detail. He took his time and gave us opportunities to ask questions. I felt very respected and nothing I asked was or made me feel stupid. I left there with all my questions answered and and felt like my options were given to me in detail. Thank you Nathan!!
Dr Errington performed a craniotomy on our son after a severe closed head TBI. He and his staff and the Northwest Texas hospital staff and Our Lord Jesus Christ restored him to full health. Dr Errington is awesome!!
