I Highly Recommend this place to anyone in need of an eye exam and glasses in Amarillo and the Panhandle region. I have worn glasses for 41 years, and Doctor Cruth gave me the most thorough exam to correct my vision. Taylor, in the optical staff was awesome in providing other preliminary vision tests related to my eye exam. Regarding Eyewear, Tammy was Spectacular in helping me get the additional options I need applied to my lenese so I could see clearly and maximize my vision insurance benefits. BRAVO.

Very friendly and helpful staff! And I just love Dr. J. Pathapati! She is the most caring and compassionate doctor! My husband, Dennis, and I trust her 110% with all our eye care needs! She's the absolute best!! From: Debbie Morris.

The young ladies at the front desk are always so helpful and welcoming. Dr. Leon is great. Always very professional, and ready to explain any procedures that were done and any procedures that he might recommend. He’s been my husbands Doctor for a year now.

I absolutely LOVE this place. Everyone there takes the best care of my babies. They’re so nice, never a long wait and always go above and beyond for their clients. My daughter is Autistic, and when it comes to getting her eyes dilated she’s out of control however the are supper patient with her and very understanding THAT alone won me over immediately. I knew that when I moved and came back I wanted no one but them to see my babies.

Doctor Schaeffer is amazing! I've had multiple eye surgerys in the past. In which i require special contact lenses. And I just wanted some regular glasses. For everyday use. I seen the reviews for Balfour and decided to make an apointment. She managed to help fit me in some glasses that help me see very close to 20/20 ! I am very happy and grateful for Balfour's exceptional service.

This was my first time in, I am extremely pleased with my visit. The staff is amazing. Very caring group. And Dr. Schaeffer is great.

I recently had an appointment at Martin Road Eye Care office where I was fortunate to have Crystal as my nurse. My niece was very nervous about the procedure, but Crystal went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. She showed great patience, kindness, and understanding throughout the entire process. Her professionalism and expertise were evident, and I felt that we were well taken care of the whole time. I highly recommend Martin Road Eye Care to anyone looking for a optometrist clinic who truly cares about their patients. Thank you, Crystal and Martin Road Eye Care staff, for making my visit such a positive experience.

I came in with my kids to get their eye exams done for glasses, we waited about 30 minutes give or take. The guy from the back, Chui or Chuy brought out the glasses and was super nice and informative! He made sure the glasses were right and fit well and that they could see clearly. Good kid, and staff there was super friendly and kind.

Me and my 5 yr old son got our glasses there, I love that they have so many glasses options plus the staff are beyond nice, specially the one that worked with me, Crystal Pena…love it.
