Dr Coutinho performed cervical and lumbar fusions 4 months apart. 2 months after the lumbar fusion my back is pain free. For the first time in years I can stand for more than 3-4 minutes and can sit in a comfortable chair for hours. If Dr Coutinho says you need surgery, believe him. If you are on the fence, afraid, but are in agony, have the surgery. It was the best decision I could have made. Dr Coutinho is kind, compassionate with excellent bed side manner. HIGHLY recommend.

He was very nice and listened to what I said. He explained everything to me and recommended physical therapy. While I don’t need to go back to him, he said he is always there if my back pain gets worse. He is very understanding, friendly, and knowledgeable. If I needed to go back I’d want to go back to him. I highly recommend him.

Dr Coutinho is extremely easy to talk to and answers any question thoroughly and understandably. I had consultations with three surgeons and I am comfortable having chosen Dr Coutinho for my upcoming surgery.

Dr. Cavalcanti was excellent. He was very warm and kind. He took his time helping my husband and I understand my health circumstances, by walking us through my scans. He was very knowledgeable and patient with answering any questions we had. I can honestly say that he cares about each and everyone of his patients and has a passion for helping others. I would one thousand percent recommend him to any and everyone I know!

God used him to save my life, He's a very very good surgeon. And I am always going to be grateful that I have him for my MD. Thank you very much for the work you've performed.

I have been fortunate to have a relationship with Dr Abbed and his entire TEAM at both “locations” for at least 12 years.Here is my ultimate recommendation - I have moved 1,250 miles away and he and his team still take the time to answer questions for me. Dr. Abbed is the BEST neurosurgeon and nice's person I have ever met. Had my 3rd cervical spine operation in 28 months. My first two were done by another surgeon at a large practice. I was treated as a medical case, not as someone who had been with this practice for over 40 years. M last cervical spine operation was done by Dr. Abbed and his team. EVERYONE, I mean everyone treated me as I was the only one having surgery. Every phase of my surgery was done beyond my expectation. I would follow him where ever he went.

I have had three back surgeries in one year from Dr Abbed. He is amazing and his staff is great. If you need back surgery Dr Abbed is the best.
