“Dr. Ira Goldstein is a board-certified neurosurgeon who received his medical degree from the University of Chicago School of Medicine in Chicago, IL. He finished his internship and residency at Montefiore Medical Center in New York, NY. He completed his fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA. He is affiliated with several hospitals, including Intermountain Health Riverton Hospital, Intermountain Health Alta View Hospital, Orem Community Hospital, Intermountain Medical Center, LDS Hospital, and Utah Valley Hospital. He specializes in minimally invasive surgery of the spine, endoscopic diskectomy, spinal tumors, kyphoplasty, arthroplasty, and spinal fusion. He is the director of Neurotrauma at the University Hospital and an Associate Professor of Neurological Surgery at the Univ. of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in New Jersey Medical School. He also leads the Spinal Cord Injury Care team and supports the state-of-the-art Peripheral Nerve Center and Stereotactic Radiosurgery procedures. He has been invited to speak at events around the country and he has received top honors from the New York Neurosurgical Society and the Montefiore Medical Center. .
