EDWARD FIORE AULISI, MD, FAANS - MEDSTAR HEALTH REVIEWS
I saw Dr. Aulisi for back pain. He took the time to explain my MRIs and questioned me closely about the symptoms that I was having. He was caring and answered all of my questions. His manner is professional and welcoming. His front office staff is also excellent. They were kind and very willing to help in any way that they could. I did not require surgery and I was very thankful for the recommendations of Dr. Aulisi to deal with the pain through PT and pain management. Thanks to Dr. Aulisi and his staff for excellent care!
Dr. Aulisi and his staff exemplify the very best in neurosurgical medical care. Their genuine and caring understanding of my situation and Dr. Aulisi's ability to fully and satisfactorily explain my physical condition and how to manage it were highly reassuring, empowering, and healing. Northern VA is extremely fortunate to have Dr. Aulisi and his staff in practice here! With deep gratitude!
Recently had surgery with Dr. Alulisi and I am very pleased so far. His team treated me with so much love while recovering, thanks.

CHRISTOPHER GENE KALHORN, MD - MEDSTAR HEALTH REVIEWS
There are no words that can possibly say enough about this blessed gift from God. We found Dr Kalhorn after an awful experience at Children’s Hospital in Norfolk, Dr. Kalhorn would be our Angel after our beautiful granddaughter who at 4 years old was diagnosed with a tumor that would be diagnosed as a cavernoma malformation. We would travel to Georgetown Medstar for her surgery and ongoing care because Dr. Kalhorn and his team are truly the VERY BEST! Gods best was there when we needed him most.
I suffered severe intractable back pain for nearly eleven years due to a crushing back injury. Dr. Kalhorn recently implanted a Spinal Cord Stimulator, developed by Boston Scientific, that prevents the majority of pain signals.
wonderful...he addressed me with one on one interest, answered questions, and was totally involved with my care! super experience after a year of so so attention via other institutions!
