I always have great visits at Lafayette MedStar. The whole staff was on point. From the checkin, to the Doctor’s, to the Doctor. Dr. Picken was excellent. Pleasant and attentive to what my appointment was about. She took her time to do a thorough assessment of my concerns and went straight into a treatment plan. And to top it off she scheduled my next appointment for follow-up and it was sooner than I thought. Thank you to the whole and especially Dr. Picken. Deeply appreciate you all.

Dr. Catherine Picken is a highly knowledgeable doctor. She is very respectful, polite, patient, and provides detailed diagnoses. She listens to her patients and addresses any questions they have.

Dr. Picken was outstanding and took her time to diagnose and explain treatment going forward.

This caring, friendly and smart doctor helped me several years ago when he solved the hysteria generated by another major hospital by doing a short in-office procedure. Then he helped my aging mother. Then recently he helped me again, with know-how and empathy. Great guy. Great doctor.
