Dr. Prero Orthodontics came highly recommended to us, and our experience has exceeded our expectations! The office itself is bright and comfortable and state of the art; the office staff is super nice and helpful; the assistants are all friendly and knowledgeable and skilled. Dr Prero himself is a top doctor and clearly super experienced. Above all, what impresses me most about Dr Prero is that as opposed to other doctors we’ve been to, he demonstrates that his patient’s best interest is his only concern in recommending treatment, and he provides full and clear explanation for his recommendations that helps us evaluate our treatment decision. His latest addition Dr. Shaun is very informative, and Veronica was very gentle with him today. The entire staff and establishment embodies top notch customer service and patient care!
