“Dr. Paul E. Perry completed his medical education and Orthopaedic Surgery residency at Wright State University. He completed his Hand and Microsurgery fellowship at the University of Florida. He is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery with added qualifications in Hand Surgery. He has 36 years of experience. He specializes in the upper extremities, including the elbow, shoulder, wrist, and hand. He introduced some of the advanced techniques to the community, such as arthroscopic rotator cuff repair, minimally invasive carpal tunnel release, reverse design shoulder replacement, Tommy John elbow reconstruction, etc. He practices at Tri-State Orthopaedics.
