Love Dr Pence. Super good doctor who truly cares for his patients. I have referred many of my own patients to him because more than being a good doctor and person I trust him to do the right thing for patients.

Dr Pence has been my pain medication doctor for about 5 years now. He has always listened to my concerns, pain goals, desires and what I wish to use to handle my pain and thus gain my life back. Quite frankly without my pain treatment I would not be able to do anything I needed in order to live a life & do what is required to maintain my house or health. His willingness to listen to me and combine it with his knowledge & the legal rules gave me functionality back. I also have to point out his staff, especially Elissa & Shea at the front desk and his MAs Stephanie & Kyara; they make the office a delight to come to as they are so friendly, polite, competent and full of joy. This is actually my favorite doctor's office to come to (even though I hate being in such pain I have to).Overall this is a 10 star rating, but they only allow 5.

Great and friendly staff. They are very accommodating. My experience with Dr. Pence has been really great , he is a great listener who genuinely cares for my needs. I highly recommend him. Not only has he cared for me, but my mother as well and she has had such a wonderful experience with him.

Dr. Shah is an excellent Dr in every way. He really listens and cares about my pain. He always remembers me and is so easy and o talk to. Most of all, I fully trust him to test my pain in a way that works. He has helped me so much with my Osteoarthritis pain, keeping me pain free for almost a year at a time. He also has an amazing staff. Positive experience for every time. I highly recommend Dr.Shah.

Originally Dr. Raj was My Dr. He was wonderful. After he moved away, Dr. Rajiv Shah became my dr and I was hoping he was as good as Dr Raj. I was so happy when I first met him because he was so caring, and making sure I was informed of the procedures , what to expect, and how to prepare so that I am calm and comfortable. He has a great sense of humor, and makes me feel like I’m his only patient, totally focused on me. I’m so happy with Dr Shah and recommend him to anyone who needs a pain specialist. I also love the staff. They are so kind, and render me when I come in. There is nothing but good things to say about Dr Shah and his staff. Thanks Dr Shah.

I consider Doctor Rajiv one of my Angels.. Suffering from pain is something so scary and even frightening... To know that he's there available every time I'm in pain it's so comforting.. He is so mindful and emphatic.. I couldn't be more luckier.. Thanks Doctor Rajiv for taking care for me for the last 10 years.. I remember the first time I was so desperate.. And he took care of me right away.. So professional and full of humanity. Best doctor ever.
