"Dr. Komal Rastogi received his medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO. He completed his neurology residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX, and a fellowship at Rush University in Chicago, IL. Like many aging adults I am having hand and arm pain with reduced gripping strength so I went to the doctor to determine if it is related to nerve damage or arthritis. First, a technologist by the name of Dave Altamira (I think), did an electrical stimulation analysis on my hands and forearms. He was very cordial and professional at his practice. Then Dr Rastogi did a needle stimulation analysis on my hands and arms but different places. I suppose the two different studies are done to verify results. I think both Dr Rastogi and Technologist Altamira are competent at their trades. Both addressed my concerns and questions of my arms and hands for nerve damage and concluded that there was no sign and that my pains are most likely due to arthritis (ugh). There seems to be a mixup in reviews between this Rastogi and another person. My Rastogi was far from a 1.9 average from Google reviews. A case of mistaken identity But, If you see the Altamira and Rastogi at Granger Medical you’re in good hands..

Dr. Rastogi was great! He was direct and to the point. He did an initial assessment and recommended some ideas to improve my memory. I will do some further testing and have a follow-up with him at a later date. I would highly recommend him!.

He was thorough and answered questions. He listened and identified the problem and solutions to it.

Dr. Lettich is the best! I feel so grateful to have found her and have been getting treatment, finally! After decades of struggling with migraines, they are more controlled than they ever have been in my whole life. She takes the time to check in and make sure the treatments are working, and will adjust medicines as needed. She stays very informed about new medicines in the anti-CGRP group, and recommended a new one recently that has been life-changing. Thank you, Dr. Lettich!.

Dr. Lettich suggested several different options to try and control my migraines. She was really helpful in trying to come up with different options. I appreciated her listening to my concerns.

We are grateful to be able to see Dr. Lettich and for the care and expertise she provided in finding the best medication for my situation.
