Tom Macek, MD

I have seen Dr. Macek for years and he is fantastic. He really listens to his patients. My very first appointment with him was very detailed, and I greatly appreciated that he started with conservative treatment. He is not the kind of doctor that will just write a script for something crazy and send you off, nor will he do crazy procedures without the need for them. Some people probably don’t like that and think they know best and just want a script for strong painkillers. Dr. Macek wants to do the best option for the individual, and I’d much rather have treatment that starts off conservative on the chance that it will work, than be forced into more dramatic or invasive treatment that’s unnecessary for relief. I honestly could not do without him and his team! They enable me to live my life to the fullest, and they actually truly care about people. I’ve never once felt like I’m rushed or just a task to do the way most doctors handle their patients. Not every treatment will work for everyone, and each person requires a different plan. Dr. Macek and his team take the time and effort to find the best plan for you.

As a young black woman it can be hard to find doctors who even believe me when I say I'm in pain, but Dr Macek and his staff are excellent. I feel like they take my pain seriously and are genuinely interested in helping me improve my quality of life. They immediately provided pain management solutions that other doctors never even bothered to mention as options, and my copay is very reasonable.

Absolutely the best. I've been going to Dr. Macek for 5 + years for chronic back pain. Between him and the staff, I've never felt more comfortable in any doctors office. He's very thorough and doesn't just throw pills at your situation. He makes sure you get the best treatment.

Dr. Macek ‘s care is unparalleled by anyone who has treated my pain. I live in Delray Beach and travel to his office because his treatments have given me a better quality of life.
