CertaPro painted the exterior of my house and I found them to be very responsive to all my concerns, they said when they would arrive and when they would leave each day and were on time, did not cause any damage to my property, were very polite and considerate, and the quality of their work met all our expectations. Prior to the start of work their meetings with us about color selection, paint quality, and scope of work, were attended by a representative that was very patient and extremely well informed and helpful. When I needed to call their office there was almost always someone immediately available to talk to who was very user friendly, and responsive: I rarely had to leave a voicemail.

CertaPro was great to work with. They came out same day for quotes and replied to any inquires very quickly. They kept in line with the timeline and scope of the project and started and finished when they said the would which was a big deal for us. Rod's quality of workmanship was exceptional, would recommend him for any job! Very good experience with CertaPro and would easily look to use them in the future.

If I could rate this company higher I would. 5 stars is not enough. Willie and his crew came and just did a spectacular job on painting the entire interior of my house. They are very professional and good at what they do. This was a big job and the crew showed up daily with smiles. I would recommend this company if you want high quality service. Everyone at CertaPro was awesome to deal.
