When I walked in, Ms. Vicky greeted me and I felt like I was at home. What a great first impression at Insight Family Eye Care. Dr. Brown and staff, Mr. Tim and Ms. Vicky was so welcoming, friendly, helpful and amazing. I moved from Florida to Georgia, finding new doctors that fit my needs and having health issues can be very canchallenging. I was recommended by the Harrisburg Clinic. Dr. Brown is very informative, strong communication, well spoken, down to earth and an active listener. I was very impressed with her bedside manners. Great experience! If you are looking for an Optometrist, I definitely recommend Dr. Brown @ Insight Family Eye Care.

Doctor Brown was absolutely amazing! I have never had a pediatric doctor that works so well with children. My son is autistic and she treated him with patience care and love. This practice has a family vibe with books for children to read and accepts children that are younger in age (my son is 4) to assist them with their vision needs.

My daughter needed her vision checked, so we found Dr. Brown’s office. I was so impressed with the level of care she gave my daughter, the time she spent with her, and the depth of explanation she gave to me. Her husband works the front office, and he was also patient and kind. Their optician was knowledgeable and personable. My husband and I decided to also become patients of theirs, and now we all go to Insight Family.

Wanted to say THANK YOU very much for all your help while I was in town from Tampa and able to do the exam and get my new eye glasses before having to go back home. Tim I especially appreciate all your help over the years and how I KNOW I can trust you with the care of my eyes. Always found you to be caring and concerned and honest. I do appreciate that about your staff as well. A special thanks to Laura and Joanne helping with my insurance issues and getting my frames when there was an issue. Thanks again for everything. It is why I will continue to drive up from Tampa when I need eye care.

Dr. Tippett has been one of the most knowledgeable and thorough eye doctors I have been to and helped resolve an issue I have been dealing with for years! -Most- of the staff is very friendly and professional. I’m very grateful for Dr. Tippett.

Great front office staffing. Pleasant office experience. Dr. Abdul explains each step of your examination while updating any changes since the last exam. He suggests following the eye drops daily instructions to maintain good eye sight and always schedules your next appointment before leaving the office.

This was my daughter's very first eye exam and I couldn't be happier with the staff here. They were able to get her an appt right away, there was barely any wait time once we arrived and the staff was so courteous and kind. The Optometrist had such an awesome personality and made my daughter feel very comfortable. We were in and out. I enjoyed my experience so well, that I made my own appointment before leaving and I am switching to this practice myself.

I didn't have to wait long. Everything was explained well. Loved all glasses, it was hard to come to a conclusion. Everyone was polite & helpful. Didn't have to wait long for the make of my glasses. Thanks.
