I have been an established patient at the EyeSite Optometry, Concord location, headed by Dr. Pham and her care team for several years. I trust her as a doctor, someone who is skilled, honest, and concerned about my personal health care needs. If a referral to another specialist is indicated, she gets it done. She keeps me informed of my care plans and tests results. She listens to my concerns and addresses them. Two of Dr. Pham’s staff of 3 are new from a year ago. One who I have not met before let me in the office for my 9/25/24 appointment. She met me with a courteous, friendly, and welcoming demeanor. After I checked in, I was informed about a preliminary eye test that had to be performed before seeing the Optometrist. The same staff member performed the test, proficiently and swiftly, I might add. Then she advised me to have a seat and wait for my name to be called. In a few minutes, the Dr. was ready for me. This appointment was without time wasted. I found the office staff to be professional, knowledgeable of what has to be done, and technically savvy that made for expeditious quality time, I liked the continuous dialogue that existed as it kept me informed of what to expect next. There were no delays with the processes of checking in and checking out, processing new prescriptions, making F/U appts., eye testing, and technicalities.

I was greeted with optimal service for my eye exam. I’ve never had one before and the staff and doctor were very helpful and informative, I’m looking forward to receiving my glasses and seeing better in the future! Can’t believe I’ve been seeing the way I have been for over 10 years.

The people were very nice explaining everything to me the doctor took pictures of my eyes and showed them to me I appreciated that cause I am blind in one eye and there's lots of scarring so it helped me to understand better.

The process to see if I was a LASIK candidate was describe very clearly, I was told what each test was for and why. Everyone was extremely friendly and patient and the office was wonderfully decorated and very clean. After the cost was explained and clear and I was even given options, they are more than willing to work with you.

Had a great experience - pleasant, knowledgeable staff and doctors, set my expectations reasonably then exceeded them. I’ve already recommended several friends to use Turner Eye Institute.

All aspects of my appointment were excellent. I was treated with respect and dignity and am very satisfied with the services they offered me.

One of the best experiences I've had! I get nervous for any kind of appointment and especially at a new office. The staff was kind, efficient, and so helpful. Dr Li explains everything really well and has a very calm demeanor. I never felt rushed especially when picking new frames. Kyle has an eye for helping you look really good! Thank you everyone.
