MARC R. GILBERT, OD, FAAO - DAYTON OPTOMETRIC CENTER REVIEWS
Dr. Heath is the nicest of the whole group. He listened was friendly and helpful as was his staff. He took his time and wasn't in a rush. His receptionist was warm and friendly. The lady with the short blond hair removal that helped me to pick out my frames was awesome because she gave an honest opinion of which frames looked food and in her opinion which didn't. That was very refreshing because usually the person helping pick out frames won't say anything about what frames go with your face shape. Good experience. His brothers I have seen over the years and I recommend them on Troy street as well.
I have used DOC for over 12 years and never had a bad experience. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable of what is available with your insurance. Dr Gilbert is warm, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended.
I have been seeing Dr Heath since 2008 (both locations). Worth the trip from Cincinnati. He and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and funny. Always a pleasant visit. (2020 update - Still great 12 years later!)

My husband and I have been patients of Vision Makers for the past 15 years. The professional services we have experienced over the years have been the reason we keep returning. The staff members at every level have the perfect combination of friendly and professional attitudes that makes our visit pleasant. Keep up the good work and continue the team spirit.
The staff is nice and always make my wife and I feel comfortable. They usually move efficiently to get you in and out. Looking forward to getting my new glasses!
I had my first eye exam in over a decade at this location. The staff was friendly, courteous, and laid back. I was very comfortable during my entire exam, and I had gone in overly anxious about the dilation test. My GP had sent a referral form, they had already faxed it by the time I left.
