Dr. Jensen was amazing. I was impressed by how she professional and enthusiastic was, all the while working incredibly fast and with precision. I liked how she educated me more on my concern and how personable she was, which was way beyond my expectations. I also liked how she treated me with respect, was easy to understand and made me feel like I was important. I wish every doctor was like her.

Have been a patient for 8 plus years! They have a lovely staff and a clean office. Dr. Jensen is the best and answers all your questions and concerns. They have a variety of options for frame glasses and contact lenses !!.

Very pleased with my experience here. It was my first visit and all of the staff that I encountered were very friendly. I am looking forward to getting my new glasses and will be returning in the future.

After years of looking for some relief for my son for his dry eyes we finally found a Dr that not only took her time examining my sons eyes but going above and beyond explaining thoroughly the issues he was dealing with, the treatments that were available and even took a look at his past treatments and suggested other treatments and medications. We went to 5 other eye doctors and we would be rushed through exams, and charged for extra tests just to be told “ do warm eye compresses, clean your eyelids and here are some eye drops”…. I am highly satisfied with the first visit and am sure our future visits will be just as great! It will be worth making that 45 minute drive to Fresno and back home as well. Let’s not forget , the front staff are amazing as well! Super nice and welcoming. Oh and We also didn’t have to wait long!.

Been going to Lifetime for years, at least 15 years or more. Why? Because the doctors are very knowledgeable, kind and go above and beyond for their patients. The opticians are very competent, friendly and patience. I highly recommend this place if you are in need of an optometrist for your eyes care and needs. Well done guys! Keep up with the good work.

I received clean and prompt service. Appointments are recommended, as walk-ins may experience a wait. The staff greeted me warmly, and the optometrist was professional. They offer a wide range of services beyond routine checkups, though some may be costly. I received a helpful recommendation for dry eye drops. I would highly recommend this practice.

It was a great experience. I did not have to wait at all. Once I arrived the client representative was ready to check me in. The experience with the eye doctor also excellent. I had a lot of questions and the eye doctor patiently answered everything. I recommend the Chen Optometry.

The office lady was friendly and helpful in answering my questions that I had filling out the forms. I had no waiting time which was nice! Dr. Chen was thorough in explaining answers to concerns that I had. It was a comfortable setting.
