I had my sleep study done last November. They had just opened their new facility. The facility itself is very difficult to find and I had difficulty finding it on my follow up too. My Sleep Study experience was absolutely wonderful! I seriously dreaded having it done and had procrastinated and didn't think I'd be able to sleep especially because I suffer from severe insomnia. The staff was absolutely amazing of explaining everything that was going to happen and making sure I was comfortable. Where I'm not quite sure about the doctor I saw and when I was told to follow up in a year. As a nurse, the follow up in a year with me having been diagnosed with "severe sleep apnea". I needing to make some major changes in my medications… It just seemed a ways out there for a follow up. However, Kathy at the sleep center has been absolutely phenomenal in answering any questions I have and making me feel very comfortable that I am being "watched" and adjustments with my CPAP are being made as needed and also as Per my request. So overall I really feel comfortable and highly recommend University North medical sleep specialty center!.

Staff was incredibly caring, considerate, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond for my sons sleep study. He was so nervous and asked so many questions and they answered every last question. The nurses made it feel like a home away from home. 100% recommend!.

The staff at the sleep center is top notch and very knowledgeable and friendly.

Melba was amazing. She put both my daughter and myself at ease right away which made it very easy for my daughter to cooperate with the testing. She truly is a gem. I am very thankful we had the opportunity to work with her.

Justin was amazing. He made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. He answered all my questions. It's because of him that I cannot wait to receive my machine and this time I'm going to use it correctly and enjoy it.

Our tech was wonderful, i wish i would’ve gotten his name. He would go out of his way to make my child and i feel comfortable.
