I was in the office for my annual check up this week and it is always the best experience possible!!! There has never been a long wait and everyone from the front office to the back office is most friendly and very cordial. I always have the opportunity to ask all of my questions and, furthermore, someone ALWAYS listens and responds promptly-always outstanding customer service! You can't help but to think that you are their first priority in every way!!! I know that Beachside Optometry has only an actual 5-Star rating, but they will always get an 11-Star service and professional rating from me!! Thank you Dr. G for your phenomenal team of all professionals-I for one appreciate you all and urge anyone to make an appointment today to experience only the best of outstanding service possible!!!.

Waiting room is very nice and I was seen at my appointment time. My eye exam was very thorough and Dr. Kristi Germundsen spent a lot of time making sure that my prescription would be correct. I also was provided an update for the condition of my eyes and how they reflect my general health including high blood pressure and diabetes. I was able to find some great frames and was out the door at a reasonable price.

This is the best optometry office in HB! I’ve been going to them for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. All of the staff are always so nice and helpful and i very much recommend!!.

At Surf City Optometry. The staff is really friendly and well organized. My exam today was with Dr. Toma. Dr. Toma is exactly like Dr. Dinh and Dr. Hamada. She has a great personality that puts me at ease, and she is also very knowledgeable. She asked if I had any concerns about my eyes and listened to what I had to say. Also Dr. Toma keeps up with new products like the Acuvue Oasys Max contact lens which has blue light filtering. Since I am an IT person I am going give this product a try. Five stars for Surf City Optometry. I can see why professional teams like the Los Angeles Angels and Los Angeles Rams trust their athlete's optometry needs to this business.

My family and I have been going to Surf City optometry for years. We drive 85 miles for the friendly and knowledgeable service. Their equipment is continuously updated to the latest technology. Highly recommend.

My first eye exam and it was such a great experience! The doctor and the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable! I felt comfortable and heard. I definitely would recommend them to everyone who is looking for eye care!.

I feel confident bringing all 6 family members here knowing we are receiving the best care from Dr. Yim and his team. I just shared with him yesterday that I feel at ease because they use the latest technology to make the visits comfortable, non-invasive, and effective, which is not the case for previous optometrists I’ve been to. Dr. Yim is personable, professional and very caring. His whole staff is great. 5 stars.

We’ve been going here for the past several years, and the service has always been excellent! We are always seen on time, which I love. They seen to have the latest equipment, and the doctor explains the testing results so that I can understand. I’ve gotten both contacts and glasses (progressives), and I can always see so much better. The staff takes the time to do everything right.

Office staff professional and efficient. Dr. Yim is an excellent clinician and spends time with examination, addressing concerns and providing recommendations. Thank You!.
