XPRESS URGENT CARE REVIEWS

I called the Xpress Urgent Care to check if they could accept Kaiser Permanente HMO insurance. I was very sick with severe coughing. After a few minutes of verification, they told me the office do accept it. I did my online check-in and as soon as I got to the Xpress Urgent care I was being seen by a doctor within 5 minutes. I was so impressed with them. The nicest thing is no long period of waiting to be seen by doctor especially when you were so ill. I highly recommend this office. Staffs were very attentive and friendly.

My care was very good. Pretty speedy. My PA was thorough and wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the procedure. She asked about my pain tolerance and was attentive. The only thing that stuck out in my mind that could have been better was the check-in procedure. I filled out many things online to check in but then needed to repeat much of the same information again on paper. My experience would have been just a little better, if I didn't have to do that. Other than that, thumbs up.

I love the ease of booking a visit and pre-registration. It makes it so much easier to arrive at your chosen time to be seen. The staff is always very knowledgeable and answers all of our questions.

The lady at the front desk was kind and professional. She really set the tone from the start. The facility is clean and full of natural light, making it pleasant. The assistant and the PA were friendly and competent, giving a feeling of security. I feel like the thing that really sets this urgent care apart is the friendliness of the staff. When one isn’t feeling well, it is a great comfort to be treated with such kindness.

Thank you so much for the excellent care during my visit today. I truly appreciate the time, attention, and professionalism from the entire team (Claudia, John, and Sarah PA ) Your kindness and expertise made my experience smooth and reassuring. I’m grateful for your dedication to patient care.

Experience was great. The Doctor diagnosed my eye condition and I asked how to take the eye drops. He also recommended using some wet drops to lubricate the eyes before using the prescription eye drops. Now I will get some relief.

Their efficient system prioritizes patients effectively. Overall, my experience was excellent. I highly recommend HB Urgent Care for prompt and professional medical care.
