I had a very nice experience. The small screw in my glasses frame had fallen out a few weeks ago and I needed them to be fixed. I came back to the family eye clinic in Lafayette and Felicia was very patient with me and very nice. She took the time to fix my glasses with some special small tools and very small screws. Felicia did an amazing job and I am very happy. I don’t have to be embarrassed going out in public wearing crooked glasses anymore! Lol! Thank you so much Felicia! You made my day!.

I was worried to come here when my doctor referred me because I was having vision problems. There were many negative reviews on here. They got me an appointment same day and the staff was extremely friendly. Loved the doctor. Would highly recommend.

I had a very good experience for my first time. Took about 1 hr and 30 from start to finish. The staff and doctor were really nice and the place is clean. I felt very welcomed.

Amazing experience from start to finish! I had an eye emergency and called the office and was able to be seen within 2 hours of calling. The staff were extremely kind and helpful and Dr. Mizelle took time to find my problem and explain everything that was going on. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend them for all optical needs! Thanks again to the staff and Dr. Mizelle for a great experience!.

They are a great facility! The new technician who was getting me set up for my exam was so nice and pleasant to work with. She was very courteous. She was honestly the biggest reason for my review. I really liked the doc as well. He was thorough with the exam and very friendly. I would highly recommend Acadian Vision Associates. Great staff, especially the tech who got me set up. Thanks.

In town for the weekend and had a screw fall out from the temple on my sunglasses. Big thank you to the optical staff who were quick, efficient and very kind and helped fix my sunglasses. Highly recommend!.

I needed a quick appointment after multiple attempts at making appointments at different store. I walked in and the ladies at the front was able to get me a same day appointment. Doc Thom was the most personable eye doctor I’ve ever had. She was through and talked me through the whole exam. The staff that helped me pick my glasses was also very nice. The young lady was so kind and even told me I looked good in my new specs. You can tell the team here must like there job be sure they all where happy and helpful. I also got my new pair of glasses and contacts with in the hour.

Needed an appointment fast; scheduled for the next morning. Staff was friendly and efficient, my wait was minimal the tech and doctor were both friendly and took their time to explain my needs and concerns. Picking out glasses with Gabby was a breeze she was so excited to help, provided all my pricing and insurance payments upfront to help me make the best informed decision for my budget and interest. Not to mention my glasses were completed in the frames I wanted in under and hour!! Great experience and no complaints.

I love Eyewear Express particularly the one that I go to by the big target on I think Ambassador Caffrey. But the doctor didn’t take such good care of my eyes and really cares. Everybody’s so good perfect and friendly and I love to be able to leave with my glasses then you know anyway I love them.
