Very friendly, very efficient, thorough eye exam. Doctor took the time to talk and explain. Everybody works together seamlessly - it is obviously a very well-run office, and it is also obvious that everybody loves working there and being a part of the team. Wife had diabetes, glaucoma, and other conditions. She went here for several years and loved them and the care she got. They took good care of her, and she - and I - couldn't say enough nice things about them.

I had my first visit with Advanced Eye Care yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. The tech explained each test in detail and what they do even though this wasn't my first eye exam. Doctor Harney took the time to listen to me and explained the test results. He was friendly and professional and I'll be using this practice for my eye exams from now on.

Great office with friendly staff. I found this place based on google reviews and the office quickly got me appointment with Dr. Harney. The eye exam was thorough and he recommended Systane eye drops for my dry eyes.

Fast, thorough, professional! One of the best eye doctors I’ve been to in a VERY long while! I’ve been wearing glasses for 40 years and contacts for 35, my eyes have a lot of issues, and let’s be honest, I’m a high maintenance customer who is fussy. I felt listened to, and she really took the time and energy to help me. Seriously recommend!!!.

Dr Huang was very attentive and patient when adjusting my lens making sure that I am comfortable with my new prescription and newly discovered astigmatism (i've been wearing a weak pairs for over 2yrs) before walking out of her office.

The eye examiner was very professional and did an excellent job doing the exam. I felt very comfortable and confident during the exam and she was very pleasant.

I wish I had gotten the name of the receptionist at the Bartlett Street office...she has short blonde hair. She went out of her way to get me a sooner appointment at a convenient time when someone at the Chelmsford office had mistakenly told me my appointment wasn't canceled when it actually was. I had to finagle my way to get out of work early and literally ran to my appointment just to have it be canceled. She could tell I was frustrated but was very sympathetic. She made the frustrating experience much better. I will try to get her name.

I came here for the first time on this location and I can say it was a nice and quick experience. The receptionist was really nice and helped me located the office over the phone; as well as the ophthalmologist assistant and ophthalmologist Willard, that I’ve been seeing for years on the Chelmsford and Tewskbury location! I’m glad I came by today and got my concerns and questions answered regarding my eye today. Thank you guys.

Easy to make appointments, short waiting time, VERY friendly staff.. they fix your frames with a smile and at no extra cost.
