Myself and my 5 kids go to this location In Pasadena on Fairmont. I absolutely LOVE this place! Never have to wait more than 30 min after appt time, they take their time with you, billing is always correct, everything is clean spotless and beautiful in the office, staff is kind and knowledgeable, and doctors are very thorough and knowledgeable and patient. I highly highly recommend for kids or adults! Thank you for being a great family eye doctor.

Let me start out by saying I’ve been to a few eye doctors in my life and this one by far is the best one. I always give an honest review and this one by far surpassed my expectations. David was very helpful, professional and courteous. He gave me plenty of information to make sure my eyesight will be healthier. If you’re looking for an eye doctor look no further. Ask for David.

Visit was for my yearly eye exam and renew contact prescription. This was by far the most comprehensive eye exam I have ever received. Dr. Ishtiaq was very professional, yet personable at the same time. Answered all my questions clearly and completely. Only negative is that they were out of stock of a sample box of contacts for my prescription. Office personel were friendly and helpful.

Amazing experience, the staff was excellent with explaining any questions I had. The staff also helped me get my dream lenses with their willingness to work with my budget. 10/10 service, I will be coming here from this day forward! Wesley and Brenda are so sweet, I recommend asking for them if they’re available.

Brenda was so helpful in the process of getting my glasses. and helped me find a good pair. Even made the effort in ordering the frames i wanted.

Dr. Vo is very thorough and attentive to her patients. She got my prescription dialed in the most accurate it has ever been and she was especially patient with my kiddo’s first exam. She answered all her questions about the equipment and testing and explained in satisfactory detail, the picture of her eye. If you have a curious kiddo, you understand how important this aspect is. Definitely recommend.

Great experience! Dr. Vo has great bedside manner and is very thorough in her exams. She was so welcoming with our family of 5, unlike other doctors who sometimes seemed annoyed or stressed that we are all there. She even has some really cute riddles in the front that kept our family interested and having fun the whole time. Thanks Dr. Vo.
