Everyone was friendly and efficient. I got a lot of helpful information from Dr Patel. Shopping for frames was fun and easy, my helper was exceptional! ( I couldn’t read her name tag, though because my glasses are so weak!!!) Thank you to everyone.

Staff good about accommodation for neurodivergence, excellent communication around how to best select prescription for daily needs, and interference from neighboring vendors' music reduced since last visit.

Best eye doctor ever. He took his time to explain everything , all staff also the best, they are very approachable knowledgeable.

Dr. Jennell is the only ophthalmologist I have ever seen since I started needing glasses (10+ years). She is so sweet & I never feel rushed when I have an appointment with her. She listens to any concerns and really seems to care about her patients. My parents go to her as well and she feels more like a friend of the family than a doctor! When my mother was battling with macular degeneration, she was so helpful & supportive during that very emotional time for my mom. I have been to both the Salinas & Marina offices and the staff at both offices is very nice & professional. I highly recommend Dr. Jennell. Her husband, Dr. Flickner & father-in-law are also part of the practice and they are are also very good as well.

I love how Optometrists Take their time evaluating your eyesight and measuring your eyes accurately for your contacts. This made a massive difference for me. I had been going to Costco for my eye exam and contacts, but I didn't like their services.

I've been going here for 19 years. Great service, great doctors, great care.

A great experience , Dr Hisle gave me an excellent exam answered all my questions as well as her staff Kim ,Mary ,Brenda . Very professional and caring at the same time. Each action of service was explained in great detail . This was the best experience . I selected my lovely Frame & Varilux x Lens , Transitions Gray, Crizal Rock Anti Glare, excited to wear them soon :) Thank you Dr. Hisle & Staff for helping me with my eyecare needs.

The best eye place in the area. I had the best customer service experience and really enjoyed all the new technology being used by this office. They also had a big selection of glasses to choose from for reasonable prices. All around great experience.

Been taking my daughter to Dr. Hisle since she was 3 and is now 10. She is great with my daughter and very thorough. Amazing staff as well! Would definitely reccomend Dr. Hisle for your eye care needs.
