We love Dr Ellie! She is great. I brought both my daughters into the clinic to get their eyes checked and she makes us feel like a family. She is such an amazing doctor, we will never go anywhere else. She is very knowledgeable and I trust her expertise. Would rather pay a few extra dollars to see her than a stranger in a Eyewear store. She also has a great frame selections. My teenage daughters loved her modern frame varieties. Thanks again for an amazing service.

Dr Ellie is super sweet and knowledgeable. She took her time explaining everything to my 12 year old daughter, myself, and even my busy 5 year old. The entire staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The music felt good, and the atmosphere was cozy. I highly recommend Warren Optometric Clinic. I’m so glad I found them for my family.

Our family had the best experience at Warren Optometrics. The staff was very friendly and made my family feel very comfortable. It was the first time we went for an eye exam and Dr. Ellie quickly had us all feel at ease and relaxed which is difficult to do for a nervous 5 year old! She is a great doctor and we all had a wonderful experience.

The exam and the Dr was exceptional. I will give her a (10*) for her professional expertise and especially for answering my questions without putting an answer off into another area. The frames should be updated. They're mostly plastic. Today, people are looking for a more metal/wired frame without all of the name brands that cost so much extra. Frames that are more affordable. The staff helped me find a frame which was more fitting on a clearance they had in stock without all of they unnecessary expense. Altogether, it was a good experience. Thank You.

Visit at Normandy for my daughter and I was just great. The staff at the Warren location was very nice and helpful that was our first time there. Had to go to St.Clair Shore because they had a bigger selection of glasses, staff there was great as well.

First time here and had the best experience!! from the moment I called to make my appointment… everyone here is extremely knowledgeable and professional. It felt like I’d been a patient for years. I highly recommend Normandy Optical.

What incredible customer service!!! I took my brother for an appt as he has many issues with his eyes and has a difficult time communicating due to strokes and a TBI, and Kathy was phenomenal!!! She made him feel at ease and made the entire time a wonderful and productive appt!!! The exam he received from Dr Bonafede was thorough and helpful! What a team!!! Thank you all for your expertise and kindness!.

I was treated by Dr. Krivo. This was my second time and he is excellent. Friendly, energetic, engaging and did a great job the first time. I’m hopeful to have the same results a second time. I would definitely recommend him.
