I’ve beeen coming to this urgent care for years and I can definitely see the change in how you are treated by the staff. Everyone that served me and those staff members standing around greeted me and wished me a speedy recovery as I was leaving all provided great customer service. They made me feel valuable, seen and simply glad I chose this location again. The np was great, polite and he answered all my questions thoroughly and made me feel like a person and not a number. The staff was just great. I think what really made it great is the collective care and concern showed.

I just want to say we are not originally from here , was referred by a friend and have been going to Urgent Care East since when needed. We have always had the best experience there . I would like to really compliment the staff for always being understanding and thorough but I do want to give a shout to the NP Carla Miller . She has a huge heart and is very dedicated to her job , she really cares about her patients . Thank you again for taking care of my husband and I.

I had a great experience! From the front desk person to Ambrosia to the Dr. that examined me I was very pleased with the overall service of this Urgent Care!! Great job.

The ladies at the front desk are always welcoming and never takes long to Check-in and the doctors are all great the PT staff always did a great job (when I had to come to there a little too often they know me) so I would recommend this particular location to anyone they are great. Let's just say I've always had a welcoming experience here.

Concentra clinic in Warren nice clinic , I like to give a shout out to Tamara for getting me in to see my doctor she's awesome. And Donmonik for being the best assistant to my doctor. Awesome Job ladies.Keep the great job up. Stars for some star women.

Visit was related to new hire at the Warren location... physical and drug screen. Appointment process was quick and easy. Office assistants were very polite and helpful during the appointment.

This place is great. Everyone is so friendly and professional. The check in was easy. I was seen very fast. The staff spends time with you and answers all the question. They are very thorough in making their diagnose. I am so happy we found this place. I highly recommend.

This place was really good to me very nice Staff . The Doctor was really nice and very informational about my ankle. I hurt myself with a door when the door hit my ankle. I will go to them for any and everything now if it’s not that bad. When I left there I was better within the hour thank you get well urgent care Clinic.

When my kid's are under the weather and I'm not able to take them to their doctor. This urgent care is great, the doctor's and staff are very nice, friendly and professional. We are in and out. I would recommend.
