I was looking for someone "local" rather that a worlds largest law firm type and I am glad I went with Richard & Bartlett. If you are looking for someone to hold your hand and call to update you every week, this may not be the firm for you. But if you want someone to get you the best results, give them a call. We gave them the necessary information, not sure how much of a case we had, after 14 months of trying to get somewhere with the insurance company. Then 10 months later went in to the office to pick up a check! The girls in the office are great. David handled our claim. Thank you all.

Dave Richards and his team helped me retrieve a very satisfactory settlement from the auto insurance companies after I was hit by a drunk driver in December of 2022. Dave and his team worked hard to negotiate with the other driver's very uncooperative auto insurance company. They also worked hard to negotiate my medical bills, and they even negotiated with my medical insurance company. The whole time they were very responsive to calls and emails, and very professional, transparent, and honest. I would have been lost at sea without their assistance. I am very happy with their service, and I highly recommend that you give them a call!
