My experience at KNR was absolutely amazing. When you go have an injury (in my case a car accident), you are no bared with mail, calls, and possibly emails. It can be hard to figure out which lawyer has your best interest in heart. From the beginning, KNR was very attentive, informative, and caring. My case was handled in a timely manner as well. Lorrie and Kristy were such a huge relief during a time where I was not only in pain, but stressed about the process. I recommend KNR 10/10.

Overall I feel my case was dealt with at a timely manner. Once the legal team received all the information from the hospital they were well on their way to taking care of all my case and helping get the compensation that best fit my accident. I was always greeted with a welcoming helpful hello when calling knr with any questions. And all of my emails and calls were returned at a timely manner. I was just impatient sometimes lol I’m thankful the team understood. Claims and cases take along time I understand that now.
