INSIGHT PEST SOLUTIONS TOLEDO REVIEWS

Insight has been my Home pest management prevention service for a year and have done a good job. They send a reminder when they will be coming out and regularly treat the outside of the home always offering inside service as desired. This month the technician came and did an inside the home service. He was very detailed and let me know why he was treating specific areas. He noticed some things that I hadn’t been told before and let me know about them. Like most companies, they give you a window timeframe and sometimes don’t always come within that window but generally can come when I’m available. Overall would recommend.

Marcus let me know when he was on the way and was very professional. He did a very thorough job of treating the outside, the inside and the yard of my home. The program I signed up for will provide treatments 4 times per year for seasonal pests and rodents. Sticky traps were left to be able to see what pests are in my area so they can personalize the treatments. The cost is very reasonable, lower than I expected. I would highly recommend.

My service was great! The tech was very polite and answered every question I asked with a professionalism you just don't see anymore. I would recommend him to anyone! 10/10.

Door to door Sales rep can be persistent you can tell they don’t want to leave without the sale, which can be expected when in that industry trying to get new business. We came to an agreed price e which I believe was fair and they were out the next day to spray. The employee was very professional and personable and seemed to do a thorough job. Still too soon to see how the product works but I have confidence we won’t be disappointed in their services.

They made signing up super convenient and Kevin was super nice and explained everything in a way we could understand and even took pictures as he did his work to show us some of the areas being done. He was very quick and an hour after the first treatment we already noticed a difference!.

Tech very polite, professional and thorough. I am pleased with his work. He explained what he was going to do, answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. He did a great job. Thanks Jason!.
