I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars! I spoke with the owner today after discovering that part of my house had lost power. He took the time to listen to everything I was experiencing and patiently walked me through troubleshooting over the phone. After asking a few questions, he told me it sounded like the issue was likely with Toledo Edison rather than something inside my home. He was exactly right. After I called Toledo Edison, they came out and confirmed that one of the hot service legs had burned out—a utility-side issue that they repaired at no cost to me. What impressed me most was that he took the time to help me, knowing full well he wasn’t going to make any money from the call. That level of honesty, integrity, and customer service is hard to find these days. Instead of sending an electrician unnecessarily, he pointed me in the right direction and saved me both time and money. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy electrician. Thank you again for your incredible help!.

We had LED Electric upgrade the service to our house. LED is very responsive from the first contact for a quote to the end of the job. Good communication throughout the process. They made a couple of awesome recommendations to include a cost-effective generator connection to the house and meter panel that included 8 spaces for extending power to outdoor areas such as the garage we will be building and outdoor lighting. Their estimate for the work was less than the other contractors I had contacted. They showed up on time, completed the work efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. We highly recommend LED for electrical work.

We needed a new meter socket among other things at our house. We got 3 other estimates from other companies. The other 2 companies took forever to give us an estimate, which were both outrageous in price. Ryan, and his team on the other hand did the exact opposite. Gave us an estimate day of, a very fair price, and outstanding customer service. Ryan quoted us 2 hours of work, but it didn’t take the full 2 hours so he refunded us for the time it actually took. That’s honesty you don’t see any more. I will HAPPILY recommend and suggest Ryan and his team any day of the week. Look no further. This is who you need to go with for all your electrical needs. Highly recommend LED Electric, Ryan was very professional and informative and reasonably priced. When completed updating / replacing switch board and installing ground rod, everything was labeled and made sure all the lights were working. I was text when he was on his way and when he had arrived and same with his employees which I greatly appreciated. You also have an option to finance which is always nice to have available.
