Brooks Pest Control

This is our first treatment with Brooks Pest Control. Jordan was very nice and polite. Introduced himself when he arrived. Told me what he would be doing. He was here longer than our old pest control service company was, which I actually appreciated. He took the time to really focus on the things I asked him to. I especially liked that after your service is complete you get an email that explains everything they did and gives you a link to each product they used. So far so good!

The technician who came out to perform my service was Michael. He was super helpful and very informative. He went above and beyond expectations on service and has impeccable customer service skills. He confirmed everything I requested prior to starting and thoroughly checked off every task I needed for the visit. If I can request him to perform every service I will! The technician Carlos did an amazing job. He too was very polite and well mannered. We had him come back and cover a different area on our property. The 1st technician, Alfredo did an amazing job as well, but we failed to have him spray the inside of our shed in the backyard. Not only did Carlos do as we asked, but he re-did the entire front and back yards. Thank you so much Brooks!
