Response time is great. Every time I have called the office with a question someone responds very quickly. All of the service technicians are professional and friendly. The treatments I have had done in my rental properties are effective. Highly recommend.

Northeast Pest Control was at my house within an hour of the call and got rid of the snake for me. Owen was knowledgeable and friendly. He walked around my house and looked for areas of entry.
