My KitchenAid dishwasher stopped working on Saturday night. Based on great reviews about JDL Appliance, I called JDL Appliance Services on Monday and was given an appointment on Tuesday morning! Justin is professional, courteous and efficient. He came prepared to diagnose and fix the broken part. I will not hesitate to call him in the future if anything goes wrong with any of the other appliances in my home.

Justin was amazing. Diagnosed, fixed dishwasher very quickly. Came when I was available as my schedule is crazy. Cleaned up, etc. Would never go anywhere else for any appliance repair and can't thank him enough.

Justin lived up to the positive reviews--responded to my message quickly and diagnosed and repaired issue with our refrigerator in record time. Will definitely use him again.
