They were able to send someone out the next day to do the inspection, which was great, and they communicated everything through a portal, so I got so see pictures of what they found. I accepted the proposal and they came back the next day to do the exclusion. Everyone I talked to was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and it was a refreshingly easy process. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone with little critter invaders in their house.
