So far I couldn’t be happier with West Circle Storage. There had been an issue at the very beginning, I made the call to them the woman I talked to said she would pass it on to the owner and not probably 10 minutes went by and the owner was there to care of it! Great customer service!! Clean units as well as hallways! Would highly recommend!.

Rented here in the past and knew when I needed a storage unit again it was a set deal! I knew just where to go! Very clean and easy to get to! Staff were excellent! Easy online rental! 100% recommend!.

This storage unit was so easy to use!! The site is EXTREMELY CLEAN. Gate was easy to use to get in and out. Would recommend this location to everyone!!.

I have had an excellent experience with Midwest Storage. The Manager at this location is extremely friendly, outgoing, and helpful during the rental process and made it a pleasure to rent a storage unit at Midwest storage. The facility is immaculately maintained. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a climate controlled storage facility. Also, the monthly rental rates are very reasonable.

Wonderful experience working with them. I would recommend them to anyone. Great communication with staff. Very friendly & professional. I’m really going to miss my storage unit - it was the perfect location. Cameras throughout the building; inside & out. You choose your code to get into the building. I felt very comfortable storing my stuff here, knowing it would be secure.

I had a wonderful experience with Midwest Storage Unit in Rochester North. The facility is impeccably clean and climate-controlled. Mr. Jonathon is an extremely helpful person who responds promptly to inquiries. Therefore, I am giving the facility a 5-star rating. Thank you, Jonathon, for everything!.

I had to move immediately and finding a storage unit was urgent and short notice. Every step of the way was smooth as silk. Customer service support is excellent - there were a few glitches at the beginning and on a weekend. They were there to help and very courteous understanding and patient. And prices are great!.

My experience was quite pleasant here at Life Storage. The have a great employees who worked together as a team helping me reserving my unit! If you’re looking for a clean easy accessible climate controlled storage unit, I highly recommend Life Storage!.
