I arrived home after being on vacation for the weekend to find the waterline to the fridge had ruptured and was spraying water. Had standing water in the kitchen and most of the dining room. Mr. Rooter Plumbing was able to send someone the same day the help us fix the issue, they gave us plenty of options for repairs and didn’t pressure us to just go for the most expensive option. They restore water that night and can back the next day to install a sensor for us so we can remotely shut the water off in the event this happens again. The plumbers we had were very pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable, and professional. I will definitely be going back to them for future projects and would recommend them to others.

Derek and Caleb were great. They were both professional and got the job done quickly. Everything was explained to me on what they were going to do. I would highly recommend Mr Rooter and these guys. Thanks for a job well done. The main office was awesome also. I explained my situation to them and they got me in within a couple hours.

I woke up to my sink leaking & a soaked cabinet & bathroom floor. Mr. Rooter sent Dan & Caleb out several hours later & the problem was solved. I appreciated their professionalism, speed & experience. Thank you very much Dan & Caleb.

PAUL BUNYAN PLUMBING & DRAINS REVIEWS

This company was there when my family needed them. I called on a Thursday for a leaking washing machine shut off valve. They had the problem fixed the following Friday. Shad Priem, the plumber, was awesome. Very personable like a next door neighbor. The price beat our expectations to the point where I had him replace both valves. I would recommend this company as this experience was very pleasant. The staff I dealt with were all great and the price was more reasonable than I was expecting.

My experience with Paul Bunyan Plumbing was great! I didn't have to wait long for an appointment, and Michael was very professional, courteous and helpful. The service was completed promptly and there were no leaks! We are very satisfied and will not hesitate to call them again.

Everything was great. The plumber arrived on time and was able to take care of our issue the same day very quickly. I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs. Thanks!

I was very impressed with the service I got from Tonna Mechanical and I highly recommend them. I left a non-emergency message after hours on a Wednesday, and even as a non-emergency, they had my issue fixed by 1pm on Thursday! Kaleb, my technician, was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and willing to educate me about my plumbing situation. Additionally, I thought the price of the repair was very reasonable, and paying my bill was easy. I will definitely use Tonna Mechanical again!

Jayden was a great mechanic! Fixed my sump pump and I didn't even need it replaced. He kept everything clean and tidy. He was ultra-informative and even did a walk around my house to answer a couple questions. I highly recommend Tonna. I am on their monthly plan and it has all ready saved me money!

Jeff did a great job on our install. Timely, clean, informative. Great experience. Spent time going over the new thermostat and the app that controls the system. Left the house as nice as when he arrived. Top 10 mechanic. Keep up the good work.
