Juan was amazing to work with. He’s super friendly and accommodating. After cleaning decades of rodent excrement from under our old manufactured home, he sealed up the foundation with metal flashing and even painted it to match the house. He sealed an area around a pipe and framed out an access panel, which he also painted it. He also blocked off some holes with wire mesh or malleable plastic. He took the time to explain why he was doing each step, and I love how communicative he was via text. He’s my guy from now on!
