We were seeing more and more spiders around the house, hence called ProActive Pest Management. Our technician came out, explained in details what he was going to do and what to expect. He was courteous and helpful explaining what he’s doing and asked if I had any questions. He explained the quarterly treatment process. He even cleaned inside of our garage of any spider webs and remaining spiders. After first treatment, I didn’t see any build up of spider webs around the house. Excellent service, very professional and knowledgeable. Derek arrived on time and was very courteous. He got right to work and identified possible areas where the pests were coming in and offered a clear solution to our problem. He was very thorough but was considerate of my time constraints and got the job done before I needed to leave for school.
