“Adam Shaffer is a well-known Physical therapist in Rochester, MN. He finished his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Clarke University in Dubuque, Iowa, in 2015. He graduated from Saint Cloud State University with a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences while playing football. He has been a member of the ActivePT team since August 2016. He is a certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) at the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Colorado Springs, Colorado. He is Certified in the Clinical Management of Fitness Athletes through ICE Physio. He also holds certification of Advanced training in Vestibular Evaluation and Rehabilitation from the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. He specializes in spinal manipulation, dry needling, and clinical management of fitness athletes. His areas of interest include elbow injuries, jaw pain, sports injury rehabilitation, neck and back pain treatment, vertigo and vestibular disorders, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
