I first learned of Dr. BJ Nash from my regular physician. She'd heard he was different, in a good way! I hadn't had real results from past physical therapy treatments, but I went to Dr. Nash as a last resort. My physician was right— Dr. BJ Nash is different. He listened to my concerns, and every session was based upon the need of that day. He reminded me to trust him in that he wouldn't put me in a position to hurt myself. Physical therapy is hard work but Dr. Nash makes you feel like you can do it! He helped me GET BETTER, and isn't that what physical therapy should be about? GETTING BETTER.

I started working with BJ because of pain in my hip while exercising. He educated me on proper form, proper muscle use, and gave me effective, easy-to-practice exercises. I was moving better and without pain in a few weeks. I came back to BJ after injuring my shoulder, and he provided the same high level of service. After a little over a week of working on the recommended exercises, I was able to move without pain. My teenage son worked with BJ over a summer to help with strength and mobility for sports, and it made a world of difference in his performance level. BJ is great to work with. I highly recommend Hive.
