HERITAGE PET HOSPITAL REVIEWS

It's hard to figure out exactly what to talk about in a limited space, because everything about this practice is so great. I've been a client for years, and the folks at Heritage have seen me come in for all sorts of stuff: from emergency care for my rabbit, to random stray kittens, to behavior medication consults, and now cancer diagnostics and palliative care for my senior dog. At some point I've seen all the DVMs at this practice, and they've all provided exceptional care. (Owners will appreciate that it's easy to get clear, accurate estimates for the costs of that care, too.) What really wows me, though, is the people. Everyone here is responsive, kind, and deeply invested in the well-being of their patients. As an example, my dog is extremely anxious about all humans (not just going to the vet) and I'm constantly surprised at how much we're able to get done without sedation -- and without scaring him. The commitment to humane, fear free practices is clear throughout. Thank you all for everything you do. We are so lucky to have you.

Truly a one of a kind Veterinary hospital. My Zoey passed away this summer at 17 years old. She received great care at Heritage pet Hospital and after she passed they sent me a very sweet card. Today I received in the mail a card from the Veterinary Medical Center of Minnesota saying that a donation had been made in Zoey’s name for Heritage Pet Hospital. That is the most thoughtful and best gift I’ve ever received. Thank you thank you so much.

Our big boy, our Siberian Forest Cat named Kolya is almost 15 years old and developed a synovial cyst under his left arm. Due to his health issues it is inoperable but he goes in monthly to have it drained and get a pain shot. He is treated and loved so well by all the staff and we so appreciate Dr. Taylor's treatment of our wonderful boy. Kolya is indeed one of a kind as you can see by the pics.

Northern Valley Animal Clinic has been a part of my life for so many years, caring for my beloved dogs-Bandit, Brutus, and S'more. These boys were my life, my love, my joy, my babies, and I couldn't be more grateful for the kindness and compassion shown to them at every visit. Dr. Treder and Beth, the entire staff treated not only my dogs with love and care but also treated me with respect and understanding. Their dedication and warmth made all the difference, and knowing my boys were in such good hands gave me peace of mind. I will be forever grateful for everything they've done, and I wholeheartedly recommend Northern Valley Animal Clinic to anyone looking for truly compassionate and expert veterinary care. I can't say thank you enough for all of it.

I’m grateful for the wonderful care Dr. Nigon has provided my cats. This weekend I called with an urgent care concern. The staff worked us in quickly for an appointment on Monday. Although busy, Dr. Nigon thoughtfully worked up and quickly diagnosed my elderly cat, providing the education I needed to best care for him. In the past, the clinic worked hard to coordinate a quick euthanasia for my suffering parakeet, despite not having seen him previously as a patient (and before I was an established client there). Personalized care and compassion for animals and their people is alive and well at this clinic and I hope they’ll be my partner in pet care for the long haul. My cat is back to good health.

Northern Valley saved my old cat, diagnosing her with hyperthyroidism and making a referral for comprehensive treatment that has given her back her normal energy at 16. We also trusted them with the last moments with our 11yo Lab, a devastating loss that they handled with deep sympathy and patience. I am so grateful that we can take our pets to this clinic.

QUARRY HILL PARK ANIMAL HOSPITAL REVIEWS

I brought my geriatric cat to her vet at Quarry Hill and we decided it was time to put her down. Though traumatic, Dr. Anderson and her assistant were extremely compassionate and caring. Top notch care through and through. Everything was explained ahead of time by Dr. Anderson, so there were no surprises. She and her team made a terribly difficult situation tolerable. I cannot say enough good things about this veterinary practice.

I have taken my black lab here for the past 5 years and they have always been super helpful and friendly. They are always willing to answer any questions over the phone or to squeeze in an appointment if needed. Definitely would recommend Quarry Hill Park Animal Hospital.

They were very informative and helpful in explaining any and all of my questions. When it came time for difficult decisions, they were very kind and empathetic. The entire experience made the best of a difficult time.
