"Brian Frost is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he received a bachelor's degree in health sciences and a doctorate in physical therapy, and has been practicing as a physical therapist ever since. He helps to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and functional training with his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Brian Frost emphasizes manual therapy, including joint mobilization, manipulation, muscle energy, muscle stretching, and soft tissue techniques. He utilizes advanced certifications, including the Cross-Training IASTM Certification, KinesioTaping Certified Practitioner, Dry Needling Certification, and Titleist Performance Institute Clinical Level 2 Specialist, to provide a diverse treatment program to the entire patient community. Brian Frost is currently a full-time physical therapist and the clinic manager of the CORA West Palm Beach, treating an array of patient ages and diagnoses, with a specialty in treating youth athletes, including gymnasts, cheerleaders, dancers, and other performing artists.
