JAMIE GRIGSBY, PT, DPT, CHT - FYZICAL THERAPY AND BALANCE CENTER REVIEWS
Don’t be in pain! Go see Jamie @ Fyzical Therapy and Balance. Seriously I don’t know why doctors don’t suggest PT for all kinds of muscle, joint, or spine pain. You don’t need a referral (although check with your insurance) just get scheduled right away. This is my second time seeing Jamie, I waited too long and suffered. Within two visits my pain has gone from constant pain level 8/10 and now I am 4/10. I will need a few more sessions to get a true recovery but WOW what a result. Plus you will get more information about your area of pain so you will truly understand what is causing it and how to work on getting stronger with less to no pain. Positivity 5/5 recommendation.
I saw Jamie for hand and shoulder issues. I have osteoarthritis in my hands and find I easily overuse them causing pain. She helped strengthen my hands and helped with my shoulder neck weakness. She was very thorough, compassionate and professional. She followed up with how I was doing the exercises and offered suggestions to tailor them to my ability. She also made a hand splint for me to use that greatly helped. I highly recommend her. She is the best!
Jamie is great! She listens and adjusts my therapy as needed. If you are looking for a good physical therapist, you can trust her. I'm so hopeful my injury will resolve with her care.

KEVIN DEGROOT, PT, DPT, CAFS - T-ZERO PHYSIO REVIEWS
I play for Cobalt Baseball and I am a catcher. I went to Joey because I was having issues in my squat depth. Kevin found that I had limitations in my tibia and hip mobility, which impacted my mobility and squat depth as a catcher. After only 3 sessions with Joey, I completely changed my squat form. I hit a new max squat of 355lbs, and Athletes and Trainers were shocked saying I had the deepest squat out of any of the other athletes. Kevin guided me on what to do, showing me the why behind what I was shown. He created a game plan, having a program that changed weekly, allowing me to target areas where I needed work in my squat, completely changing it.
I went to T-Zero Physio for treatment for an old ACL injury. After being told by many doctors that running “is not my sport,” I met the amazing Dr. Kevin. He not only treated my knee, he gave me back my love for running. For the first time in over 30 years, I have no knee pain while running. If you think an injury is keeping you from enjoying the sports you love, call Kari!
T Zero is amazing on multiple levels. I can't speak highly enough for their entire team and facility. They truly care and know what they are doing top to bottom!
