I would highly recommend Active PT to anyone. My therapist Michael was very helpful after jaw surgery. My range of motion improved and pain was greatly diminished. The staff at the Rochester RAC location are great to work with and the customer service is fantastic. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and worked around my schedule as needed. I was always greeted by name and with a smile. Thanks Michael and team!
I had such a great experience at Active PT, and am incredibly thankful for the help they provided. Hunter was fantastic. I'm sure I was not an easy case, but he remained thorough, patient, and determined to find a path to improvement. I felt like he was invested and truly cared about my outcome. I'd been living in pain for quite some time and had started to fear it would be my permanent reality- so I am absolutely thrilled to be back to my normal activities and feeling like myself again. I was very satisfied with all aspects of ACTIVE PT. When entering to be called on a first name was very welcoming. I now have no pain in my knee. The dry needling was amazing. This was a good experience with a great physical therapist Shaffer.
