Came in with some Golfer's elbow issues which was making it hard to workout and practice Jiujitsu. Dr. Justin came up with a game plan to gradually get me back to my activities while strengthening my elbows. My favorite thing about the treatment was that it was never about avoiding the exercises or activities that cause pain but rather strengthening the tendons. Now I'm back to Jiujitsu classes and working out with confidence!
