I like everything about the Jacksonville Sleep Center. The facility is always clean and comfortable. Check in and scheduling is simple and easy. The sleep therapists are always knowledgeable, professional and well prepared to discuss my sleep issues. Getting resupplies is a breeze. I've been a patient there for 6 years and I'm completely satisfied.

Everyone in the office has great customer service and always makes me feel welcomed! My doctor is a rare find, he actually cares about his patients. He listens and takes what I say into account and works with me to find the best treatment for me. Thank you.

Jacksonville Sleep Center is the best!!! I have had two sleep studies in the past 15 years and was diagnosed with sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome and narcolepsy. Unfortunately, I have had very little help in treating my conditions but decided to try one last time. Since I have heard so many positive comments about Dr. Nassar, I made an appointment to see him. I was impressed the minute I met him as he walked into the room and said, "How can I help you" He kindly asked many questions and sounded generally concerned for me. He ordered blood tests and a sleep study. I left his office feeling like this time, I would get some help. I recently had the sleep study and received, in detail, the results. Dr. Nassar gave me a list of videos to watch concerning lack of sleep and CPAP machines. He even said that if the medicine I will be taking and the CPAP machine did not help, he thought he should investigate further! Since I have been to the Jacksonville Sleep Center several times, I must compliment every person who works there. The office staff has been very friendly and professional. The person who explained my sleep study results took her time to provide detailed results. The sleep study itself was given in very well-equipped lab by two sleep study technicians who were very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. And finally, I can't say enough about how impressed I am with Dr. Nassar. Jacksonville and Baptist Hospital are very fortunate to have him - FS. Reply

This office has WONDERFUL staff. The Dr. Is kind and thorough. The staff are very patient and show compassion. The sleep techs are the best I have had the pleasure of working with. I freely admit I am an especially difficult patient to work with, even though I do not mean to be. I have PTSD and it is particularly difficult working with any Dr. Office. You will need to be patient waiting to get appointments, but it is worth it. Unlike areas of specialized medicine where you wait to get in and then wait an hour in the office to be seen, this was not the case here. I hope you have a good experience as well.

Professional and efficient. This was my second sleep study but my first visit to this place. It wasn't quite as updated as it could have been (the equipment) but the job got done! Clean and neat. I felt comfortable here.

Thanks for all your profesional treat, I'm so happy to decide yo visit You, I feel better every day. 100% recomended.

Sarah and Arlona were amazing! They handled my little one with such care and attentiveness. I felt very confident in them caring for my son during the study. I am used to him being hooked up to monitors that make noise and alert me during sleep, so it was different entrusting him to someone else while he slept. Sarah did such a great job walking me through the process and taking note of how things may need to be set up uniquely given my son's condition. Arlona was extremely thorough and helpful in explaining parts of the study as well. Ladies, thanks for all you do. I would highly recommend others to do sleep evaluations with this team!.
