DA VINCI SCIENCE CENTER REVIEWS

We had a great experience at the museum! I would say this place is perfect for kids ages 4 and up, although there was one or two toddler sections. Lots of interactive exhibits consisting of a room or curiosity, one about building, sounds, air, and such as well as about your body and a watershed exhibit. It took us about an hour and a half to get through it all, although we may have stayed longer if our seven year old was up to reading every single plaque there. It was a cool experience overall but I wished it had been a little bigger.

Random stop here while we were in the nearby area. We went on a Saturday at noon. The space is neat and super clean. The staff were so kind and informative. I wish I caught their names. Staff seems to move around to different exhibits which keeps them engaged as well. We did the whole thing in about 2 hours because there were not a lot of people when we arrived. The bathroom is completely co-ed which is fine but threw me off a little at first. Overall great experience.

This was an awesome place to visit with my kids. So fun, interactive, safe, and educational. There's even live otters and fish. General admission ticket takes you a long way. It's extra to see the shark exhibit. There's a food area but it doesn't have a lot of options. I recommend eating before or after to focus on having fun while you're there.

AMERICA ON WHEELS MUSEUM REVIEWS

We were visiting the area and looking for things to do and discovered this museum; it was great. We were greeted with friendly volunteers and employees, who gave us a little info and answered any questions we had. Do not expect a huge museum with tons of muscle cars, take into account the name “America on Wheels”; it showcases a few vehicles throughout history. I did really like the area that you can walk through and see how a vehicle is restored with real engine parts, etc. The Ricky Carmichael replica dirt bike was a nice extra touch, along with the patriotic corvette. There is a really cute 50’s style café which wasn’t opened for business, but we enjoyed looking around it. I would highly recommend this museum; expect to spend 1-2 hours there.

Such a lovely museum. Really enjoyed all the cars on display and the vast amount of information as you walk throughout. They have 2 floors, a little theater room and gift shop on the ground level and an old style cafe on the 2nd floor that’s not in use, but more for display. We came here for the 1st time on a Thursday afternoon so it was nice and quiet and we took our time walking throughout. Took us about an hour and a half to really enjoy everything. Would really recommend coming here for a lovely afternoon.

Focused on all types if transportation, but focused mainly on cars and trucks. A wide variety of eras and uses of vehicles. Excellent place for kids as well. Plenty of places to learn and interact.

ALLENTOWN ART MUSEUM REVIEWS

The Allentown Art Museum offers a diverse, engaging experience with its historic facade and eclectic exhibits. From intricate historical garments to modern sculptures and ancient reliefs, the collection spans centuries, blending art and culture seamlessly. Free admission is a bonus.

This is surprisingly one of my favorite museum in the east coast. It's so well curated and fun for all ages. You will find some amazing early works by Joan Miro here, plus did I mention it is free. The current exhibition on American migrant artist is sensational.

Completely free for everyone, always. 3 levels to the museum. First level is mostly contemporary with changing artwork, bottom was being updated and top floor was old pieces from Gothic to Baroque. Everything you'd expect from a well done, modern museum.
