MESKER PARK ZOO AND BOTANIC GARDEN REVIEWS
So much more than we expected & the perfect end to our trip. The Amazon exhibit was a magical break from the chill, catching it on Orchid Escape preview weekend only added to the beauty. Everyone we met was so helpful & informative, including the tram operator who made an extra effort to find us and give us a lift. Be warned… some of the paths are quite steep, I’d encourage anyone with mobility challenges to plan on taking the tram from the start.
SO MUCH FUN! Going about an hour after they opened allowed us to take our time when we first went in and we could explore each area in depth and not rush. I loved all of the exhibits and seeing all of the animals, we're already planning another trip for when it feels warmer out! 10/10.
The zoo was great and clean. Looking forward to going again during the summer when hopefully more of the animals are back from their winter break.

KOCH FAMILY CHILDREN'S MUSEUM OF EVANSVILLE REVIEWS
This place is amazing. My 9 and 6 year old girls were so entertained and engaged for 3 hours and could have stayed longer. 3 floors. Lots of interaction and hands on learning. Crafts you make and take all included in admission price. We'd love to come back. Highly recommend. If you are local, you can have a birthday party here and the pricing seems very reasonable for such a cool place.
Stopped in for a gift card for a family membership. From what little we could see appears to be a fun place for kids to explore. Whoever I talked to prior on the phone was excellent. She explained how gifting a gift card would be much better than gifting a Family Membership obtained online. The recipient family has a year to redeem the gift card to activate their membership vs their gifted membership beginning immediately. Thanks for the tip!
Took my kids with my sister in law and nephew and the kids' Meme. They all had a blast, from our toddlers up. Such a neat place with lots to do and see. Kids loved the Quack Factory the most, I'd say. Meme bought the Grandparents membership, so we will definitely be back!

EVANSVILLE MUSEUM REVIEWS
Had a fun time at the Evansville museum, the exhibits have a lot of information on the history of Evansville. You can test out experiments in the science section, walk through the past in a street shop set up, and view paintings in the art exhibit. The paintings spanned different styles and centuries. Across the way is a small museum on transportation with a few train cars you can walk through. Would definitely recommend for a quick afternoon trip.
One of the best museum trips I have had outside of Chicago itself. So much to see and do and every bit of it is cool and interesting. Got to see a lovely show in the planetarium. As an always hungry mind I still found new information there that I haven't learned in my 30 yes of experience on this planet. Totally worth the price even if you only spend an hour looking around both levels.
Very unique museum, definitely will visit again! The local Evansville part is quite impressive, great info on the town and it's founding. New exhibits that were enjoyable, many interactive parts for young children. The art exhibits are exceptional, mostly from regional artists.
