MESKER PARK ZOO AND BOTANIC GARDEN REVIEWS

Fun for the whole family! Well it maybe a smaller zoo, but it is packed with a verity of creatures from around the world, caring staff and a decent amount of activities for all. The Amazonia exhibit is always warm even during the cold months, and the carousel is a blast for the little ones. Check it out if you're ever in the area.

The zoo was clean, staff was friendly, and the tickets were very affordable. There were many exhibits to explore and animals to learn about. Plenty of animals I have not seen at other zoos. The zoo could use more concessions or food options. Overall worth the visit.

This was a nice visit. Took almost 2 hours to go through but it wasn't quite warm enough to have some of the animals out yet. We didn't see any elephants, camels, or bears though.

KOCH FAMILY CHILDREN'S MUSEUM OF EVANSVILLE REVIEWS

We were there recently for a school field trip. The special guest (retired science teacher) was fantastic! I wish we could have spent more time with him. Unfortunately the two most exciting things for the kids were torn down. (The two story playset at the entrance and the water exhibit.) I wish they had chosen to do one at a time so that the kids could have the opportunity to experience at least one. I suppose it could have been a logistic issue, but it would have been nice. It also would have been nice for that information to have been shared with the school. None of the teachers were expecting it either. And a smaller gripe was that the photo booth was down. It is a tradition for me to do photo booths with my children at their field trips. A great place to go typically, but was disappointed in the parts that were missing this go-around.

Really nice place for kids to do lots of fun activities. It is a three level place for playing with different stuff from electronics circuits to painining, origami slide and lots of lots fun stuff.

Took my kids with my sister in law and nephew and the kids' Meme. They all had a blast, from our toddlers up. Such a neat place with lots to do and see. Kids loved the Quack Factory the most, I'd say. Meme bought the Grandparents' membership, so we will definitely be back.

EVANSVILLE MUSEUM REVIEWS

It is a great place for kids to learn with hands on projects. I took my daughter when she was younger. She had a great time doing hands on projects and walking around looking at the displays and everything they had/have to offer everyone.

The museum has a wealth of information about Evansville and the surrounding area. I’ve been to museums all over the US and this one blew me away. The Beatles Laser Light show was icing on the cake.

It has a lot to offer to both children and adults. I always enjoy the quiet while I wander from exhibit to exhibit...a kind of meditative experience for me.
