Been twice, acoustics are awesome on the main stage.. It’s quite a unique venue! there is the main stage but also had a smaller indoor area that entertained grunge bands and fans and at that time also had a 3rd area at the top of the venue, above main stage seating that was perfect for say a solo guitarist. I liked that it was hard core bangin one night and the next time kids were dancing to the music in front of the stage with their parents on a beautiful warm summer night. that experience made it seem welcoming to all and safe enough for kids to enjoy music with their parents during certain shows. There is no bad seat at the main stage. During the summer this is the place to be. I know it’s not big enough for super big names but it’s an enjoyable evening out with great entertainment and fair prices for entry.

Great venue! I've taken my kid to see TSOL, Black Flag, and Agnostic Front and had a great time, every time. Such a good place to introduce the younger generation to the best live music they would otherwise miss.

Great venue for an outdoor concert. Stage and seating are positioned extremely well so that every seat is a good seat. The place is not a huge venue but large enough to enjoy the fun with other people.

I just got home from seeing GREASE. Let me tell you ...it was ELECTRIFYING!! The performers were full of energy and looked like they'd been working together their whole lives. The flow was magnificent! They capture all the key scenes I'd remembered...and a few I'd forgotten. The staff was so kind, friendly and willing to engage with everyone, not just the elite members. Victor was kind and not rude when I entered the theater while they were still getting ready. The price was fair and the location is about 5 minutes from my home. You will definately be seeing more of me when time and finances align. Looking forward to the Christmas show.

I recently saw Grease at the Gem. It was delightful!! I didn't care for the movie. The musical was wonderful!! I've seen several shows at the Gem. This was as good as anything I've seen. The singing and dancing was enthusiastic and lively. It was really fun. I highly recommend it.

I just saw Grease here and my goodness 10/10. No notes. Outstanding. Fantastic. Talent like no other. SO FUN! Highly recommend any show here. I will definitely be back.

GARDEN GROVE HISTORICAL SOCIETY REVIEWS

I attended a wonderful tour on Sunday. The guide was very helpful and we all asked many questions about the historic artifacts, structures and way of life in these early days of Orange County. I highly recommend attending a tour and checking out the sales.

Very cool. Good hearty tour on the history of the Ware family and how it became Stanley. Unexpected lot of historical buildings which included the original Walt Disney garage. Highly recommend. Tour was about 1.5 hours.

Was a great stop. There is plenty to see. Our tour guide was excellent. He knew lots about the buildings that are there. It was an eye opener to see how people lived in the early 1900's.
