Here’s The Deal:
San Jacinto Museum of History is a museum and monument located in La Porte, TX. It is situated at the site of the decisive battle for Texas Independence. The monument is at the 220-ton star that commemorates the site of the Battle of San Jacinto. Visitors can also explore the battlegrounds and were able to walk close to the battleship. The top floor is so high, so you could directly see the battleship. There are some wonderful artifacts in the museum from some of Texas's founding fathers. The Museum has a great collection of displays of how the battle took place and the key players. You can enjoy the gift shop with various books about history.

VETERANS MEMORIAL STADIUM

Here’s The Deal:
Veterans Memorial Stadium is a football stadium that opened in 1965. Pasadena Independent School District owned it. Veterans Memorial Stadium hosts all of the district's five high schools' varsity home football games. It has 12700 capacity and Wheelchair access. It also has one large video monitor and special box seating. The stadium is dedicated in honor of retired coach and athletic director Bill Newcomb. Veterans Memorial Stadium is also used for the graduation ceremony of schools.
