I had an amazing experience here. I am almost 6 weeks post op after liposuction and bbl procedures and i am so happy to already be seeing my results! Dr Desman was very attentive for what I wanted from the surgery, we discussed the expected results and even after such a short period of time i can see that i got all what I wanted! Also I would like to mention Olga and Gina. They are amazing, they always kept checking on me during my recovery time, helping me with the tips how to make that time relatively easier.

I had an excellent experience at the Virginia Center for Plastic Surgery. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and I am incredibly pleased with the results. Dr. Desman and the entire team demonstrated outstanding professionalism from start to finish, always making me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the process. Additionally, they were incredibly efficient with paperwork, promptly handling the documents I needed for my work leave, which made the experience stress-free. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for top-notch care and professionalism.

Recently had a breast reduction here. Couldn’t be any happier with the results. I’ve waited a very long time for this surgery and I was not disappointed in the least. From start to finish everything was seamless. Everyone in the office was wonderful.

Dr Al-Attar was the only doctor who provided me with a solution for my problem after I've seen countless doctors and physical therapists. His bedside manner is excellent and his staff is super efficient. I credit him with making the biggest impact on my health. Because of his excellent work, I was able to regain strength and range of motion that I had lost since I was 17. Since the surgery, I have found an excellent rehab person, which is enabling me to continue the rehabilitation journey that started with seeing him. Thank you, Dr Al-Attar.

He is very professional and knowledgeable about his profession. He explains the pros and cons of the surgery. He is very detail oriented and makes you feel safe and calm. Dr Buenaventura is a compassionate and knowledgeable Dr. She has worked with our family since my children were toddlers. From keloid treatments over the years to a recent tummy tuck that was well executed. Her staff at the practice are caring and friendly. Being in the Washingtonian as one of the top Doctors in her field is still not honor enough. I would not trust my care to anyone else! She loves what she does and patients, staff and nurses at INOVA have great things to say about Dr Buenaventura! You won't be disappointed by your level of innovative care provided by her and her team.

My surgical experience was exceptional! From my consultation to the surgery and post-op course Dr Buenaventura was skilled, professional, compassionate and so was her amazing staff. They took time to answer my questions and I never felt rushed. Their front office staff was also very responsive, kind and competent.
