This has been the most amazing surgery experience from start to finish! I reached out for a consultation for a breast augmentation and Elizabeth was so helpful! I scheduled a virtual consultation and after deciding I wanted to proceed with the surgery, the entire pre op process was so quick and easy! Dr Hardesty was very transparent and provided me with all the info I needed and answered all of my questions before surgery. After reviewing sizing options I decided on 415cc (I am almost 5’6’’ and weigh 125 lbs). This brought me from a 32B to a 34D, but everyone is different! I am so happy with my results, they look very natural and are the perfect size for my body! The staff at every post op appointment has been so great! They are all very friendly. I am now 7 weeks out from my surgery and everything has gone without any complications. I highly recommend this office to anyone considering a breast augmentation, you won’t regret it!

Dr Hardesty, thank you for changing my life! I am loving the results from the plus size tummy tuck. For the past two years I've called several surgeons in the inland empire and Los Angeles Area and when they told me that they wouldn't take me due to my BMI, not even a consultation mind you. DR. Excellent Doctor. Explained the entire surgery to me. I’m definitely recommending Doctor KU to family and friends. The entire experience from the time I called the office and scheduled a consultation to post ops appointments I was extremely satisfied. Also when I called and spoke with Jaylene, she took all my worried away and everytime I spoke with her she explained everything to me. The operating room personnel was excellent as well as the anesthesiologist. My results were as I expected. I’m very satisfied and I will return if I need anything done.
I recently went under a breast explant procedure with Dr. Ku and the experience from setting the consultation up to surgery and post opp has completely exceeded expectations. Dr. Ku listened and heard all my concerns and reasons to explant he went ahead explained the procedure thoroughly answered all my questions and really took time to make me feel comfortable moving forward .. I booked my surgery that same day Melissa who works on finance and scheduling surgery is outstanding .. day of surgery was extremely smooth the entire staff made me feel comfortable .. post op appts were quick and easy tierney (I’m terrible idk how to spell her name) front office is amazing I didn’t feel too well at the time of removing drains and she quit not stepped in to assist dr Ku in helping me feel better.. recovery was so easy I’d say by day 3 I felt completely fine no need for pain meds.. incision site extremely neat and healing wonderfully.. thank you dr Ku and staff for such an amazing experience.
The office staff was so accommodating and pleasant. I’ve see other plastic surgeons but Dr Ku was very straightforward and honest yet had a great passion for what he does. Having lost over 120 lbs this past year he gave me so many options for skin removal as well as my desire to have breast implants done after 18 years of double mastectomies from breast cancer. I would recommend this office to anyone in my situation.
